1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after receiving your confirmed payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be arranged on the next business day.
Customized products need extra production lead time, we will confirm the exact schedule via email.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
- Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS)
Delivery: 3–7 working days, fast door-to-door delivery, suitable for small bulk & sample orders.
- Air Freight
Delivery: 10–20 working days, cost-effective for medium bulk cargo.
- Sea Freight
Delivery: 25–45 working days, most economical for large wholesale bulk orders.
Note: Delivery transit days are estimated, unexpected delays from local customs, bad weather or logistics carrier are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fee is calculated based on product weight, package size, destination country and chosen shipping method.
We will quote exact freight cost before order confirmation.
Free shipping is available for large-quantity bulk orders, contact us to check preferential terms.
4. Customs & Import Duty
Import taxes, customs duties and local clearance fees at destination country are borne by buyers, which are not included in our product price & shipping cost.
We can help declare lower customs value per buyer’s reasonable request to reduce import tax.

Please fill in complete & accurate receiving address including postal code, contact phone number.
If parcel is returned caused by invalid address or refused pickup by buyer, return freight will be deducted from your refund.
